Getting Started – Documents required for Crowdlending Borrowers

The Individual Borrower is required to sign and date a copy, scan (high quality) and upload the documents below.

1. Swiss passport/Swiss ID card or a Swiss Aufenthaltsbewilligung
2. Last 2 pay slips
3. Health insurance policy
4. Apartment rental agreement or mortgage contract
5. Utility bill (electricity, telephone or mobile)

The Business Borrower is required to sign and date a copy, scan (high quality) and upload the documents below.

1. Handelsregisterauszug
2. Swiss passport/ Swiss ID card or a Swiss Aufenthaltsbewilligung (Of first/second authorized signatory)

Getting Started – Documents required for Crowdlending Lenders

The Individual Lender is required to sign and date a copy, scan (high quality) and upload the documents below. (After a single verification by 3cf admin, lenders can fund both Crowdlending and Crowdfactoring loans).

1. Swiss passport/Swiss ID card or a Swiss Aufenthaltsbewilligung

The Business Lender is required to sign and date a copy, scan (high quality) and upload the documents below. (After a single verification by 3cf admin, lenders can fund both Crowdlending and Crowdfactoring loans).

2. Swiss passport/ Swiss ID card or a Swiss Aufenthaltsbewilligung (Of first/second authorized signatory)

Only applicable to Business Borrowers.

The Business Borrower is required to sign and date a copy, scan (high quality) and upload the documents below.

1. Handelsregisterauszug
2. Swiss passport/ Swiss ID card or a Swiss Aufenthaltsbewilligung (Of first/second authorized signatory)
3. Provide a signed and dated copy of the invoice debtor

Getting Started – Documents required for Crowdfactoring Lenders

The Individual Lender is required to sign and date a copy, scan (high quality) and upload the documents below. (After a single verification by 3cf admin, lenders can fund both Crowdlending and Crowdfactoring loans).
